Fig ‘n’ Berry Creations Returns Policy

At Fig ‘n’ Berry Creations, every product is designed with care and created especially for you. Because most of our items are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind.

Physical Products

Our quilt patterns, kits, and handmade items are crafted with attention to detail. As these are made specifically for each order, we can’t offer returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

If something isn’t right, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right. We may request a photo to help us assess the issue.

Digital Downloads

All digital patterns and files are non-refundable. Once the file has been sent or downloaded, it cannot be returned.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received the wrong item or something has arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll organise a replacement or refund where applicable.
