Fig ‘n’ Berry Creations

By purchasing from Fig ‘n’ Berry Creations, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Products

Fig ‘n’ Berry Creations offers both physical and digital quilting products, including patterns, kits, and handmade items. Most physical items are made to order and created specifically for each customer.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as production may begin immediately.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change at any time without notice.

Shipping

Shipping timeframes are provided as estimates only. Fig ‘n’ Berry Creations is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery passes to the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of most products, returns or refunds are not offered for change of mind.

Refunds or replacements will only be provided if an item is faulty or incorrect. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order, along with clear photos where requested.

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or delivered.

Digital Products

All digital patterns and files are for personal use only.
They must not be shared, copied, resold, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Copyright

All designs, patterns, images, and content remain the intellectual property of Fig ‘n’ Berry Creations. Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership or copyright.

Care & Use

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used correctly and safely. Fig ‘n’ Berry Creations is not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse of products.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fig ‘n’ Berry Creations will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of our products.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to Terms

Fig ‘n’ Berry Creations reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The version published on the website will always be the current version.
